Shipping and Return

Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within the UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.

• Delivery within UAE main cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days.

• Delivery Fees will be shown on the checkout page depending on the location.

• Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt, as long as:

• The delivered order is unused and in their original packaging, or

• The delivered order is damaged, or

• The delivered order is a wrong product.

Please notify us within 7 days and return the items in its original packaging. In this case, we will attempt to send you another order or refund the amount.

We can only accept returns of items that have not been tampered with and in its original packaging and tag labels.

If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund or a new order will be shipped to you. In the event a damaged/wrong order is delivered to you, we will bear the expense of the courier charges.

All returns undergo a quality check.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with.

Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

If all the conditions mentioned in the return policy are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund or a new order will be shipped to you. In the event a damaged/wrong order is delivered to you, we will bear the expense of the courier charges.

Once you ship us the return order, please notify us through email with the tracking ID.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receipt of the package to us.
• Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Cancellation

• Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
• Please allow for up to 30 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
